Welcome to Tallinn Charter Christian Church website!

The beginnings of the "Charter" Church can be traced back to the 80s, when a revival moment, known as the Word of Life movement, took place. You can read more about this period on the page that tells the story of Harta history.

The recent Church got started in 2001, when pastor Raimond Jakobs returned from the United States together with his family, after living there for twelve years. In the summer of 2002 our Church was officially registered with the government under the name Tallinna 'Harta' Kristlik Kogudus (Tallinn Charter Christian Church).

The name of the church refers to the Charter 87 declaration, which means that we continue to support the spiritual, political and economic independence of Estonia. We believe that Estonia should turn to God in order to get support and help and to enter into alliance first of all with Him.

Right now we have a couple of dozen of people attending the services. One of the branches of the Church is Charismata Ministries, which translates and publishes Christian literature, as well as distributes Christian music. You can buy our products at our Internet store and on various Christian events.
